The Lyrics

This parody probably has the most inspiration of any parody so far. It's my first bilingual parody to begin with. I love cooking, and I speak French. Recently, I saw the movie "Julie and Julia" with Meryl Streep and absolutely loved it, and I stumbled upon this Pink Floyd song with Syd Barrett at the helm, and it was love at first listen. I also want to give a shout-out to Agrimorfee and Tim Hall for their parodies of this song. Thanx guys. Bon appetit!
--fade in with Julia Child demonstrating how to bone a duck--

Dining in Paris est trs faile
Nous cherchons un restaurant. Je t'invite.
Pour a glass of vin
And let's begin, "Est-ce que vous desirez aujourd'hui?"
Start off with some brie cheese
Beaucoup des croissants, a lil' porc pt
Filet mignon, it's so much fun!!!!
(Oh, la , la, la, oh, la, la, la...)

Desserts a-plenty
clairs, get some crme brle
Wow! Wow!
No more fare or I'll explode everywhere!
(uhhh, uhhh, uhhh, uhhh, uhhh....)

Paris et Versailles et our hometown
We got some good French food around
Julia Child's cookbook is on the shelf
Don't know if I can do it myself!
I will eventually explain what the French words mean. Merci beaucoup, mes amis (thank you very much, my friends!)

Woops! I just realized that the accents in the song do not work! I will resubmit the song. Here's what I meant to say: tres facile - very easy porc pate- a french dish Eclairs and creme brulee - desserts Please don't say mean things about this parody because there are errors.
