Parody Song Title:

"Dumb Blonde"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

When math is hard
And you're convinced you're a Barbie
You're the butt of jokes: Dumb blonde
And your best pall-ies
Are all girls from the valley
Skin-deep beauty show, dumb blonde

You prefer disco music 'cause you think the lyrics are clear
You can't spell "VW" but your car is a Porche, dear
Guys drool for you

Your lights are not bright up there
But you forget all your troubles when you bleach your hair
You're a dumb blonde
this is the fate of a
Dumb blonde, always a date for a
Dumb blonde, guys are lining up for you
(Dumb blonde, dumb blonde)

Statements profound,
And printed words will confound you
'Cause you process slow, dumb blonde
Maybe you know
Some little mall you can go to
And buy skimpy clothes, dumb blonde

To change a simple lightbulb is just not within your powers
Escalator stops and you can be stuck there for hours
Brunettes will win

Your lights are not bright up there
But you forget all your troubles when you bleach your hair
You're a dumb blonde
For Pradas you will fight
Dumb blonde, try to get tanned tonight
Dumb blonde, can't tell your left from right, now
(Dumb blonde, dumb blonde)
Dumb blonde
(Dumb blonde)

But now you'll find that I'm the kind of guy who understands you
Someone who is just like you. My brain can't meet demands or
think very long
Together we will not care
I'm a beefcake and you're bubbles, we'll be quite a pair
I'm a dumb jock, we'll get on great
I'm a dumb jock, just what you're waiting for
Dumb jock, I'm the right fellow for you
Dumb blonde (dumb jock) dumb blonde (dumb jock)
Dumb blonde (dumb jock) dumb blonde (dumb jock)

I liked this parody, but considering that I am naturally a dishwater blond in hair color but have dyed my hair black and am smarter than the subject of this parody (contrary to popular beliefs of my neighbors and those who think they really know me), I considered it to be an act of stereotyping. 5 for pacing, 1 for how funny, 3 overall.

Hi Andria, sorry if the parody offended you. Stereotyping blondes was definitely not the intention. I think you'll find my true intention in hinted at in the line "But you forget all your troubles when you bleach your hair". (Inference: the subject of this song is not a "real" blonde but somehow thinks by becoming blonde she can get away with certain behavior. The parody's an attempt at pointing out the stereotype and turning it on its head. Sorry if that wasn't stated clearly enough.
