Waitin’ for a ray of sun
It’s been raining, think the ark might come
Watching the drops again
Think I hear ‘em on the roof top tin

I’m sittin’ on the couch for the day
Watchin’ the clouds float my way

I woke up cold, a bit sore
Clock made known its hateful way
My bare feet touchin’ the floor boards

Seems like cushion’s made a cage
Any time days demand the rain
I got food with old blanket, books, and the tube
