In 2011, the CDC released a publication about a real life zombie outbreak and how to cope with it. The Pentagon also developed a strategy for dealing with zombie-like chemical or biological attack symptoms. It is called CONOP 8888. And, supposedly, an event happened in Nigeria with an unknown pathogen which caused similar symptoms of walking semi-conscious while foaming and/or bleeding from the mouth and having skin eaten away by unknown man-made agent. Lastly, the Germans have been using a military research loophole to explore new chemical and biological "defense" weapons using entomopters for delivery. A low-level 4-5 foot flapping-wing machine with sprayers could not be intercepted by conventional aircraft, drones, nor easily hit by missiles or guns! However, it could be launched by simple infantry. FYI
