The Lyrics

I wasa little little girl at the time
I wasa little little girl at the time

Even though I sing the songs
Most rides are dumb and slowious
If you take me back again
I'll knock you out unconcious

Um? Riddle fiddle middle um? little guy
Um? Riddle fiddle middle um? little guy

Well I was once to young to speak
I followed mom and dad
They sat me down next to a freak
But it was not so bad
So on that day I heard some words
Who spoke them no one knows

The longest word I ever heard
And this is how it goes:
Oh, manthisrideisreallylamebutSmallWorldisatrocious
Listen to the sound of it
It will give you hypnocious
Can you live through the whole ride
And not feel too nausocious

I tendto agree withhim oh me oh my
I tendto agree withhim oh me oh my

We traveled on some crazy bug
And everywhere we went
He'd take us through a pack of cards
Can I stay? How's the rent?
Then jacks went bad and tried real hard to capture me
We Got led out of there
And then I rode in a cup of tea

Oh, Ijustthrewupalloveranditsmellsquiteatrocious
Think you'd know the sound of it
It's something like bleeeeahocious
Wont describe the looks of it
Trust me it looks hidocious

You havea changeof clothessome where forme right?
You havea changeof clothessome where forme right?

Cheshire cat is on his head
I can't do that no way!
Look here
You listen to my words
Because I got something to say
Why don't you put your head back on
Go back to catching mice

Oh, Disneylandwasfunwhenyoungbutnowitsquiteobnoxious

Simply hilarious - and so true when you grow old. 555.

I usually don't read parodies to this OS because I find the Original so annoying...but when I deciphered your title I had to read this one. So true...I had the misfortune at age 14 to be put thru the misery of the Hell that was the "It's A Small World" ride at the New York World's Fair (1964). I remember thinking, "It may be a Small World, but it ain't small enough" when I sitting there with that awful, cloying song hammering my brain for whatever eternity it took to get through that dreadful ride...Nice job, Ann...5's ~ ~ ~

Thanks Susanna I wouldn't have submitted this if it wasn't hilarious. Paul I was put through my miseries at age 4 and younger. I developed a hate for dolls. Alvin aye tis a fun one, but I forgot to mention me favorate.

Funny, and it got even better when it got weirder...sounds like Ann fell through the rabbit hole somewhere along verse 2.

You know - I finally got there at the age of about 27, and the tiki room just wasn't the glorious trip they always showed on the Disney TV special. I guess it might have worked on acid... :-P

thanks Agrimorfee actually I was chasing the caterpillar so I could upset it and watch it become a butterfly. Alice In Wonderland is an ok book, but The Disney version just changed too much. Thanks Meridoc I remember the Tiki Room.

You're a word-mangler after my own heart! ... all of the "ocios", esp."bleeeeahocious" and "hidocious".... Add the (missing) line after "catching mice", do a tiny pacing tweak, and this would be top-notch.

A Dis-ney-ing array of mangled words

Thanks TT Mabye I'll do that one day but I miss rockin and surfin. That doesn't mean I'm going to stop word-manglering. Thanks PMS

pretty dang funny stuff right there 555 I never went to Disneyland "sniff" but now I'm not sure I want to!
Ann Hammond - January 10, 2007 - Report this comment
thanks Johnathan. I've had brothers and have seen some of the changes overtime. Toon Town has been added ( for the kiddies) and the Swiss Family Robinson treehouse is now a Tarzan treehouse (for the kiddies). They did add an Indiana Jones ride. To me it's not worth the admission price to go to Disneyland.

excellent and funny addition to the supercanon, Ann, and impressive how you varied all the choruses. I esp. liked "manthisrideisreallylamebutSmallWorldisatrocious" - 555

Thanks Stuart what I found interesting is that I couldn't find anyone that had used this song in a disney theme. I was just going to do something with TOS at first.
