The Lyrics

About the clown Al Franken leaving the Senate
Please don't make a play to stay, no sorrow comes
Hope you will not be late
Love the day when it becomes tomorrow you
Will leave and go away

Goodbye, (goodbye), goodbye, (goodbye)
Goodbye, goodbye, you bum goodbye

You're the swinger in the pic that bites you now
And stinging your behind
See, your powers are no more, you're out the door
Your paperwork's been signed

Goodbye, (goodbye), goodbye, (goodbye)
Goodbye, goodbye, you bum goodbye

Goodbye, (goodbye), goodbye, (goodbye)
Goodbye, goodbye, you bum goodbye

Far away you're gonna be, alone and gone
As tears fall from your eyes
Grab your Bong and slowly smoke, the night along
And then turn out the lights

Goodbye, (goodbye), goodbye, (goodbye)
Goodbye, goodbye, you bum goodbye

Good stuff, Randy. It is typical that Franken did not resign in 2017 and waited until 2018 so that he could get a little bigger pension - and further punish taxpayers.
