This here is just a story 'bout a turkey day spread,
They had a special dinin' in for all the troops they fed.
Al Queda they, were in a foul mood,
To fund their terror, got to have that crude.

Well the first thing you know the TV's all a-blare,
Kin folk said hey, what's he doin' there?
Said Crawford Texas is the place he oughta be,
Just a loadin' up his guns for to shoot some wild turkey.

Well, the next thing you see, he's pullin' up chair,
Bread broke with his troops way over there.
But Baghdad airport was the place he went you see,
He chose to do his celebratin' with the infantry.

He spent some time then said goodbye to all those soldierin'
The troops thought this was gonna be a borin' dinin' in.
They got themselves a job to do with much hostility,
It was great to see them celebrate with such revelry.
