This one's been cooking for years. Only one trouble - it sounds like archetypal 'Doom Parody', 'cause it ain't funny if you happen to be totally convinced this stuff is for real.
Sin is an evil thing,
And it causes a deadly sting,
Condemned, by my own desire,
Hellbent for a sulferous pyre.
I dropped into a burning lake of fire,
Down! Down! Down! (screamed) Down!
And hell's screams went ever higher,
And it burns, burns, burns...
The Lake of Fire,
The lake of Fire!
My smoke rose from the burning lake of fire,
Doomed, Doomed, Doomed, (Screamed) DOOMED!
And my deeds named me a liar,
And it burns, burns, burns,
That lake of fire,
That lake of fire.
Evil ways, first seem neat,
But it soon means a winding sheet,
I bought the lies, and I was sold,
And I tossed my soul, for idiot's gold.
I dwell forever in the burning lake of fire,
A foolish man's just deserts,
God's damnation I require,
and it burns, burns, burns,
That lake of fire,
That lake of fire.
I'm being roasted by the burning lake of fire,
Turned, basted, filletted -
The flames billowed higher,
And it burns burns burns,
The lake of fire,
The lake of fire...
And it burns, burns, burns,
The lake of fire,
The lake of fire.
And it causes a deadly sting,
Condemned, by my own desire,
Hellbent for a sulferous pyre.
I dropped into a burning lake of fire,
Down! Down! Down! (screamed) Down!
And hell's screams went ever higher,
And it burns, burns, burns...
The Lake of Fire,
The lake of Fire!
My smoke rose from the burning lake of fire,
Doomed, Doomed, Doomed, (Screamed) DOOMED!
And my deeds named me a liar,
And it burns, burns, burns,
That lake of fire,
That lake of fire.
Evil ways, first seem neat,
But it soon means a winding sheet,
I bought the lies, and I was sold,
And I tossed my soul, for idiot's gold.
I dwell forever in the burning lake of fire,
A foolish man's just deserts,
God's damnation I require,
and it burns, burns, burns,
That lake of fire,
That lake of fire.
I'm being roasted by the burning lake of fire,
Turned, basted, filletted -
The flames billowed higher,
And it burns burns burns,
The lake of fire,
The lake of fire...
And it burns, burns, burns,
The lake of fire,
The lake of fire.
I really wondered more than a little if this is what Johnny Cash *actually* meant when he sang this song. It gave me nightmares.

Very scary and very good..
At first, i thought this was based on the Lake Cuyahoga fire near Cleveland, Ohio. Great job.
Oh, the BatMan, . . . how I love that rake's attire, Sir ? ?
Funny and rather poignant. 555
