Rewrite of a previous parody from 2004 that I had deleted with a few minor changes.

I said that to myself
It's no longer cooling
All is hot on the shelf
It ruined all my foods and drinks
Chucked it to the earth
Left it outside for the trash truck

"No reason to get excited"
My neighbor quickly spoke
"We all had to find out one time
That this brand is but a joke
Cools for a while, but then it stops
Landlord'll get a new fridge
So let us not worry now, put the old one in that ditch"

What a pile of junk
Was my fridge for several months
Now freezer's got skunks

Great parody. On the subject of refrigerators, the place I am living in now has a mid-1950s pink Philco refrigerator that keeps things colder than most brand-new fridges. Only problem is, it's not frost-free, and I am due to chip the ice out of it this weekend or before. 5s.
Thanks Andria. Oddly enough, the fridge in my first apartment had a problem like yours. It was a lot newer but still overfroze everything, although without frost. Somehow my roommates and I fixed it (we kept trying new stuff until it was fixed) since maintenance there was awful.
