The Lyrics

I see Rick D posted a "Cow Poo" parody dedicated to me on Saturday...as things turn out, it happens that on that very day I was WRITING a 'Cow Poo' (and other) parodies...so I'll post this one today...
{Instrumental intro}

('Moo')
('Moo')
('Moo')

Right at the crack of dawn
well, I heard this sound
it woke me from my sleep, yeah
Was from my damn 'moo' cow
Yeah, what I heard was 'moo'
coming from my cow
Yeah, she went 'moo'
yeah, she wants hay
and she wants it now
{'Moo'}

{Instrumentals}

Spend a long time cleaning
cow 'poo' on the farm
It seems like cow poop covers
every inch of ground
Oh, I have to clean this place
and there's cow-crap all around me
Yes, there's cow 'poo' 'round here everyplace
all from that damn 'moo' cow
('Moo')
('Poo')

{Instrumental break}

Later on that evening
I went to buy some hay
The cost went through the roof
'Moo' cows would not pay
I gave this careful thought
and thus I did conclude, yeah
that having 'moo' cows would not pay
Was no way that 'moo' cows could pay
That with this new, high cost-of-hay
I did not need 'moo' cows
('Moo')
(Through)
(in your beef stew)

{Instrumentals to end}

Hi Paul, welcome back and all that. Are you still interested in doing pirate parodies? I tried to try the "genre" myself but getting that old vocabulary right probably takes a native so if so I'm now giving the idea to you, the "genre" expert: "The Addams Family" as "A Pirates life for me". Do with it what you like. :-)

Hmmm, Paul. What is it with you and moo-cows lately? I liked this, but not knowing the music, I felt that I was missing something. 5's

Peter, thanks! "Pirate Parodies"? Well, I'm interested in doing a lot of different types of parodies...right now it appears that I have somehow fallen into the "Cow Poo" or "Farm parody" mode...lol...but I have other types in the works now, too...that's a pretty good idea for one..."the Addams Family"...HAR...have to see if I have time to deal with it...

Yes, Pat...as you noted, I appear to be in a "farm"/"moo cow" mode...but that's only one facet of my current writing situation...I have another "Farm" one to put up this week, but the three others are "Non-farm/Non-moo-cow" themed...lol...will send you a separate note about this piece shortly ~ ~ ~
