Dedictacated to Sabah IV Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, current Emir of Kuwait. I prefer to call him "Jabbie." His predecessor, Saad I Al-Abdullah Al-Salim Al-Sabah, lasted 9 days as Emir before he was deposed last January Jabbie gets a stipend of $171 million a year.

So can all the adults, women included, of Kuwait vote yet? After all, Daddy Bush told us in March '91 that "Kuwait is liberated." Anyway, I gave you a five as a royal prerogative, even though "Sheik Yerbouti" was the title of a Frank Zappa album almost 30 years ago.

Paul--thanks for your "disposition". Alvin--thanks. Tommy, I'm not 100% sure about the Persian Gulf, but I do know they have fjords on the east coast of the Sinai peninsula. I've seen 'em. Michael, thanks--I'd forgotten about that Zappa album!
