Given to polygamy, if Bill Clinton was French, he would be compared to an impotent eunuch. In France, polygamy is a rule, not an exception, and a president is considered a weakling if he doesn't manage to raise at least one sex scandal during his career. As ex-presidents go, Warren Harding had no legitimate offspring but one bastard daughter. I doubt even James Buchanan could be considered worse president than Harding. Oh, and one more thing. You should read more Macchiavelli and less Bible. A president's sexual morals have nothing to do with his ability to be successful in office.
