Parody Song Title:

"We'll Yell The Word Fire"

Parody Written by:

Tim Hall

The Lyrics

We'll yell the word fire
At the matinee
We'll yell the word fire
And run out of the way

Let's do something stupid
Because we are so bored
Let's walk into a theater
And watch chick flicks, oh Lord!

And we can yell the word fire
At the matinee
We'll yell the word fire
And run out of the way

Women drunk on daiquiris
Waddle like mallard ducks
With Julia Roberts in it
This chick flick really sucks

But we'll yell the word fire
At the matinee
We'll yell the word fire
And run out of the way

We yelled the dreaded F word
And the atmosphere was manic
People running everywhere
Occupied with panic

And you can yell the word fire
At the matinee
We'll yell the word fire
Run out of the way

And when the film has ended
Some people died today
The police will question us
And this is what we'll say

We yelled the word fire
You know, At the matinee
We yelled the word fire
Ran out of the way

Interesting commentary, Tim.

Cute idea. I am only familiar with the old Dean Martin version of this song tho'; I presume it is much the same.
