The Lyrics

OS: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQF-VsbMfDA
I pretend you're true-ooh
Sure the bums you date will leave here soon
I stew, missin' you so

I pretend you're true-ooh
Sure the ones you bed will shun your moves
Yes, I'm blue. When will they go?

I resent those dudes
A dismal smell of farts expelled
Guys that stray out of the loo-ooh-ooh-hoo-hoo-hoo...

When my wife is rude
And the strangers pass me in the hall
I chill and stand tall
But I don't tell them I pretend you're true-ooh

I resent that queue
I'm pissed as hell and start to yell
And I complain, poutin' at you-ooh-ooh-hoo-hoo-hoo...

When my wife looks used
And my angel answers two more calls
I'm ill and I bawl
Then I just belch as I remember
Hell threats by three lenders
Welcome wifey's revenue

Well, that’s one way of paying the bills.

First, merry and Pippin and now you, Leough - dredging up some bizarre songs. It was well written and I could hear it being yodeled reading your parody.

Hi Leough, I see you were as blessed as M&P to receive multiple visits from the One Guy and also a visit from the Pacing Putz! Ah, what fun, reminds me of days past.

As for the parody, it's a dirty job, but someone's gotta do it!

For Timmy: Leo and M&P - bizarre songs? Not from our perspectives :)

A Leough twofer. But such a sad tale. Hope this isn't a true story...

Thanks everybody!

WarrenB: Not a true story...just one of those instances where I heard an old song and immediately thought of the concept. The idea of a married guy torn between being a cuckold and a pimp struck me as funny for some reason.

Peregrin: For me, those extra votes are welcome. I have a running bet where I win a free dinner everytime I get 10 or more total votes for one of my parodies. If it's less than that I have to treat.

Timmy1000 and Peregrin: As far as songs being bizarre, there are some that just cry out to be parodied. I was tempted to do this one to the Slim Whitman version, but the lyrics were just enough different that it would have caused problems with the pacing.
