The Lyrics

There stands TT
Havin' heaps a' fun with his fav'rite lamb
Just hope that he sees that chargin' ram
In The Meadow..
Then, there's Michael P.
Huntin' falling stars for his Yank team
If they win it all, he'll have his dream
In The Meadow..

Authors on this song website
Get known by the styles they write
Makin' words of spoof and sharp satire bite..their way
For some, politics is it,
For others, fun and wit,
Some just now and then submit,
Diehards will write each day..

alvin rhodes, too
You can tell by what he writes, he's a Beatles fan
Old fairy tales, classic flicks he'll scan
In The Meadow..

There's John Barry, who
Is known as our intellectual one
He's a farmer with depth and sophistication
In The Meadow

There are many more great writers
This song's too short to name
With parodies, they're a Star

Like I said with Ale House, a true genius, esp. evident in plot, progression and a'proachability... loved your Elvis double-header, and thanks for the nod!

Loved the 180 flip from OS... or are ya saying that AIR is a ghetto of parody? :-) Wonderful group tribute; you have fine taste in writers (except for self, of course). 555+

Thanks for the mention, although I have only one parody to my credit (the editors banned the other 5). You are welcome to write as many songs about me as you want. As everyone else said, it's a great tribute.

Thanks, Andria....banned? you mean didn't print? if they were too sexually provocative, you could still submit them to 'What Freaks'.....and thanks, YousoCrazy, appreciate comments and votes

AFW, my parodies that were not posted to "The Meadow" were not only sexually provocative, but they were very violent and they used the F-word copiously. They were all parodies of death-metal and gangsta rap songs which I don't remember the names of. Anyhow, I am now writing R-rated or under parodies rather than the X-rated ones that I no longer have the lyrics to. XOXOXO, AFW
