The Lyrics

A comment by Leo Keough, regarding famous cartoon character Homer Simpson being a "yellow fellow", inspired this parody.

If you don't watch The Simpsons regularly or have never watched it at all, you might not get the gist of this parody, but almost no one hasn't heard of the famous family from Springfield and their exploits at some time or another.
His name is Homer Simpson
He’s got almost no hair
He works with nuclear power
He’s big as a Kodiak bear

He is a yellow fellow
(From Springfield)
They call him “Homie-Womie”
(He’s all man)
That homely yellow fellow

Homer’s mad about Duff Beer
At Moe’s Tavern, he drinks up
Homer drinks lots of Duff Beer
On donuts and pizza, he’ll sup

Pin Pals at Bowl-A-Rama
Gutter-balls left and right
Drunk dudes heavin’ the spheres now,
They’re havin’ fun bowlin’, all right!

That fellow, he's so yellow

His boss, old C. Monty Burns
A cranky, filthy-rich old man
At the Springfield Nuclear
There’s accidents every day

Lisa, Bart and Maggie
(They’re his kids)
His wife Marge has got some big hair
(Blue beehive)
That ends the Simpsons’ song now...

Happy Holidays! Don't drink and drive!

Well done - You captured the Simpsons well. Leo must be on a "yellow" kick as he recently posted his Yellow Rugby Team parody to Yellow Submarine. Maybe he's drinking too much Mellow Yellow.

Don't feel to "yellow" with your song, Andria! Homer Simpson is the most funniest characters in the show and I got Season 6 on DVD! Looking at him even makes me hungry! Great job and title switch! Mmmmmmmmmmm.......5's!
