The Lyrics

Guess I'll put the rest of my Muslim sitcom themes in one basket, and present them today
Come join the little train that is forming out in back
At the junction
Pet-a-Goat Junction

Forget about jihad, it is time to relax at the junction
Pet-a-Goat junction
Got some ewes you bet, even more when you get
To the junction
Pet-a-Goat Junction

There's a little goat tail, Zawahiri's best, at the junction
Pet-a-Goat Junction
They are owned by Qa'it, come and seize her pets at the junction
Pet-a-Goat Junction
And that's Mullah Joe, he's a-humpin' kinda slow
At the Junction
Pet-a-Goat .. JUNCTION!

Next up, "Allah in the Family" a sitcom revolving around Irshid Banqir, a moderate Muslim working in the Mubarrak government and his battles with his son in law, Malik Siddiq, a member of the Muslim Brotherhood

"From Hellish Vision City, in 'Ali Wood"

Boy, the way Abdullah prayed
Copts that made the hit parade
Guys like us we had 'em slayed
Those were the days
And you knew where your place was
Girls were brides and Jews were dhims
Mister, we could use a man like Abdul Nasser again
Didn't see no Jewish state
Everybody's filled with hate
Gee, our old she-camel was great
Those were the days

And here's "Kush Acres" a sitcom about a high official of the Ba'ath Party and his hi-society wife who chuck it all for the life of a jihadi in the Hindu Kush mountains of Afghanistan. (Sadijah -- Sadaam's wife, or should I say ex-wife)

Kush Acres is the place to be
Ba'a'a'a'ath infightin' ain't the path for me
Men spreadin' jihad so fierce and brave
Keep the Capitol, just give me that Afghan cave

Bag-DAD is where our future lies
I get exhausted swatting flies
I'm good at flatt'ring Sadijah's hair
"Habbibi ahubbak," but give me back Firdaus Square

The drones
The phones
Jihad!
MY GOD!

You are my wife
Salaam, party life
Kush Acres we are there

(Finally, "The Mamelukes of Azhar" a sitcom about a renegade caste of soldier slaves and former rulers of Egypt who continue to bedevil The Ottoman Turks after their defeat by the Ottoman Sultan Selim in 1517)

Just some good ol Turks
Never meaning no harm
Just the sword of Allah
Been defending Islam since the day they was formed

Repelling the Franks
Give Crusaders hell
Sure the Mongols curse them, but Allah never will

Seizing the State
Making plans with the Shah
That's just a little bit more than Selim will allow

Just a caste of slave kings
Wouldn't change if they could
Fightin' Ottomans like a medieval Muslim Brotherhood

Expanatory notes: Mamelukes were a formidable caste of Turkic slave soldiers who seized control of Egypt in 1250 and ruled for 250 years. Their military exploits included driving the Crusaders out of the Levant and fighting the Mongols to a standstill. They were finally driven from power by the Ottoman Sultan Selim in reprisal for collaborating with the Safavid Shah of Iran

Habibi ahubbak -- "Darling I love you" in Arabic. I could have actually done the whole line in Arabic and it would have matched the melody of the OS -- "Habibi ahubbak, bass 'ateeni Sah' Firdaus"
