I'm familiar with the lyrical version of the OS by Dionne Warwick which is what I used good parody good pacing but of course as expected by the subject matter not all too funny still why let that ruin a perfect 5's streak?
It's been almost a week, and nobody's claimed "credit" for it, so I think we can rule out terrorism.
I had trouble following and I know this song pretty well. Not really the best subject for a parody either, in my opinion, since we don't even know what happened yet and it will probably not end well.
Ann, I vaguely recall this song from memory and yes, the way the song architecture at 2 lyrics sites I went to were different. I am of course NOT using DW's version but Burt Bacharach's from the '60s. Don't know if that makes any difference...??? At least you're not a 1-bomber so 433 is OK by me :)
I've given up following CNN, FOX, and other news outlets. All they are doing is hyping the fears and over-speculating with guest-after-guest each day. Nobody knows anything after a week. It's eerily like Flight 19, but at least they were in a group! TG that MA Flight 370 wasn't flying over the Bermuda Triangle to start that nonsense all over again (sadly, I've already heard some UFO nuts and conspiracy freaks are chiming in). In the latter case, they suspect that the Malaysian AF shot the plane down by mistake after it changed course and is covering up, delaying... :(
Ten days later and still no ex-plane-ation! I wonder if the Sr pilot had been playing an Ace Combat type game if the Malaysian authorities would have seized his Ps-3 or 4???
