Since the 1980s "War on Drugs" is a joke and the US is in downfall, the use of both prescription and illegal drugs has skyrocketed. There will never be a victory against drugs not due to foreign production but US high consumption fed by demand. Almost everyone is smoking pot and abusing prescription drugs, so what the hell. Under Obama we have lost almost everything and a second term for that idiot will see the US fall. So why not drug-up???
