The Lyrics

About 75% to 90% misheard lyrics. Almost makes you wonder about the characters Bugs and Daffy. ;)
Hold the shirt, turn The lights
Visitin, to-nigh o' nights
No more reversing in Singapore
We know every Fart by heart
Oh, mature! Bourbon lights.
Kissin him to hear the lights
And, O what lights we'll hear
On with the show, Messersmith
Tonight the lights will hilt
On with the show, Mr. Schimdt

I think this is from The Bugs Bunny And Tweety Show.

It is, but originally it is from the Bugs Bunny Show from the 1960s. At the same time there was the Road Runner Show. Around the late 1960 was when the two shows were merged to become "The Bug's Bunny Road Runner Hour" This show used that theme until 1985. It was not used again until ABC started airing The Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show.
