The Lyrics

Just couldn't resist to try this out. For those of you who don't know, if I'm not mistaken, to moon someone is to show your butt off.
Moon people
It's okay to play
If anything, just blame the beer
Yes, you're high-flying
And mystifying
The public with your act of no fear

Moon people
Response to a dare
You drop your pants and there they see
A most shocking sight, your rear end
Police catch you and then
You plead: "I'm round the bend"
No more moon for me

Kids, don't try this AT ALL!!! People past their college-drunken years will testify to this.

Good job: I like the concept a lot and think its great when you can incorporate some of the OS's words and rhymes to ground the parody... but... weren't there more stanza's in the OS (now I get my lyrics from the Borg chat room on Startrekfreak.com so yours may vary...) I came up with these: ~Moon river, wider than a mile~ I’m crossing you in style some day~ Oh, dream maker, you heart breaker~ Wherever you’re goin’, I’m goin’ your way~ Two drifters, off to see the world~ There’s such a lot of world to see~ We’re after the same rainbow’s end, waitin’ ’round the bend~ My huckleberry friend, moon river, and me~ (moon river, wider than a mile)~ (I’m crossin’ you in style some day)~ Oh, dream maker, you heart breaker~ Wherever you’re goin’, I’m goin’ your way~ Two drifters, off to see the world~ There’s such a lot of world to see~ We’re after that same rainbow’s end, waitin’ ’round the bend~ My huckleberry friend, moon river, and me ~

Heh-heh Didn't know that bit. Just looked it up and went with the shorter version.
