The Lyrics

The continuation of Procrastinators Anthem series...this time our hero has found the glorious website Stumbleupon and all its powers. (NOTE: Stumblin' should be three syllables (stum-bul-in')). Original Song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DkpTs3PLRLI
Paper due and it is ten at night
My professor wants it done by nine
I haven’t started, not sure why
I’ve got nothing down, what should I write?

Paper due, three months it’s been assigned
I’m not lazy, it’s a waste of time
Procrastinatin’ all the time
I’ll get started on that…next week

I’m online, ten o’ clock
Been on Facebook, and YouTube’s watched
Can’t stop, my mind’s closed shop
Cannot step away, homework dropped a notch
Found a site, I’m sure you know
Surfin’ the web, no need to leave home
The things you like, you can go
To each website ever known

Yo, in Photoshop, learn to make rainbows
I enter the NFL, takes me to the Bengals
This site, it rocks! Religion too, not int’rested
But when I entered rock- John Lennon and Zeppelin, hey!

Twelve o’ clock, man I could go all night
Not on homework, but on this website
Just trust me, it will blow your mind
It will leave you with no homework time

Stay online and skip work that’s assigned
Stumbleupon will take all your time
Stare at the screen with bloodshot eyes
Man, you know you wanna…click that

Everyday I'm stumblin'
Stumblin' stumblin'

Three weeks passed,
Since I found this site, still haven’t gone to class
Sixth year college, don't be mad
Can’t stop, this site is rad

Learn ‘bout Canada (follow it now!)
Make ceramic cup (follow it now!)
New conspiracies (follow it now!)
Websites on rugby! (follow it now!)

[Parents and teachers]
Get up! Shut down!
All you do is sit around!
Wake up! Log out!
Man, that website’s run you down!
Get up! Log out!
You’re in college, shut it down!
Should be learning, shut it down!
Now you’re failing, we’re not proud!

[Student]
Stumble, stumble, stumble
Pit bulls, rock walls, beach balls
Baseball, dance halls, street brawls
How to lose that twenty pounds, ultrasounds
Have to look up
Have to look up
Have to stumble
Have to stumble

Paper’s due and I stayed up all night (Have to look up)
My professor will not be too kind (Have to stumble)
I even stumbled what to write (Have to stumble)
Man my focus has left me real high and dry…

Have to stumble
Think I need help
I can’t give up

Click that!
Everyday I'm stum-bul-bul-lin’

Stumble, stumble
Stumble, stumble (yeah)
Stumble, stumble (woo)
Must look up
Look up, look up
Work’s put off
Man, I need help…

Yep - I get on the PC and say 'I'm going to get this or that accomplished...but first I have to check my email. Then I have to check Facebook. Then I have to look at parodies..." Two hours later and nothing is done...
