Although I am Hetero (with a few exotic experiences in my life) with different moral beliefs, I am a devoted Lady GaGa "Little Monster" who believes that all people should be treated the same regardless of their sexual orientation. I believe that one chooses their sexual path but there are always exceptions. While science has failed to convince anyone of a Gay gene, there IS evidence that biologically a person can be born with male genitalia and yet feel feminine. At the start of all human life, the fetus is female UNTIL the male genitalia develops at a specific stage. It is quite possible that complications develop in the womb, so that a baby boy might be female orientated inside. In that circumstance, I would agree that THAT person was born Gay. Others choose Gay lust, some porn actors are Gay-for-Pay while being Hetero, many Homosexuals have turned Straight through therapy or religious reasons, and many simply feel "confused"... and so on, many factors to consider. Lady GaGa is a true champion of LGBT Rights and I support her. That does not in any way conflict with my political, personal, or religious beliefs.

I heard of that, the fact we are all born female, isn't it just the changing of one gene that makes us male? It always confused me.... But anyways, really great parody! 555! :-)
Your intro contradicts your lyrics. . .I disagree with you on facts---no one would willingly choose to be hated by society, disregarded as second class, or to be the target of regular prosecution by the religious right and intent politicians. No one! Science has, beyond a reasonable doubt, demonstrated that homosexuality is in fact genetic. Rigorous testing has regularly shown that their are biological tendencies in homosexuals that is different than that of heterosexuals, that is a known fact. It hasn't been 'proven' the same way that GRAVITY hasn't been proven, which is why gravity is still to this day known as a theory even though we all know its there, people forget that in science we often come to conclusions based on extreme knowledge of a subject and tests that can be repeated with the same results by anyone familiar with the subject, but we (those who practice science). I have many saved journal articles and documents detailing findings on homosexual tendencies and how they are biologically linked. To say that all of the evidence has proven nothing is ignoring facts, and ignoring reality that, to a reasonable person, is overwhelming. Choosing to state that it is still a choice or that it is an influenced state of life, but then making a parody that says otherwise, is really confusing. The church has grappled with this issue for some time, and due to biblical writings chooses to disregard significant evidence and convince their followers to do the same, but the fact stands that there IS significant evidence that it IS NOT a choice, and those who live it don't need science to prove it, the vast majority can defend it with their heart, soul, spirit, and experiences all on their own.
Uh, NO- then ALL Gay individuals would have that tendency for LIFE. You conveniently ignore Gay lust ADMITTED by Gay porn stars, THOSE that changed from Hetero-to-Homo-back to Hetero, thise Porn actors that are Gay-for Pay but are Hetero, married, etc... and a wide range of Gay individuals that have admitted feeling confused and/ir growing up in a bad sexual environment, no father growing up, dominant mother, and I could go on forever. To say there is a Gay gener for Homosexuals is to say that perhaps Negroes have genes that give them a genetic dispostion towards rape, murder, theft, etc... which is nonsense. Biologically the parts do not fit either. For perpetuation of species a male penis belongs inside a female vagina. Two men or two women cannot produce children- long before modern science of artificial insemination. Gay history goes back a long way and teh Greeks and Romans did not claim any born this way link; in fact, their bi-sexual and homosexual appetites were in worship of the human body and pure lust. I have stated that I believe that SOME individuals may experience complications in the womb with genitalia and have no problem with that "feeling" of beign feminine. But in real-life, I have had many Gay friends, bi-sexual friends, and even had experiences with She-males. They all give diverse factors for WHY they are the way they were. In S America nd Asia many androgynous males are FORCED into womanhood for She-male prostitution. They were NOT born that way- they were MADE that way. I'd like to see you refute all of these facts. Your 100% born Gay hypothesis doesn't stand up to reality.

One of my close ftriends came years ago out as transgendered. She transitioned from female to male and became he. This is a hurtful topic, and I tend to be very discreet on issues like these. On the other hand, a Lesbian woman once tried to pick me at Stockholm, and I found it extremely embarrassing. Not that I'd not find completely strange hetero guys making suggestions to me embarrassing as well!
Although this song IS a parody, I find no contradictions between what I believe and the lyrics at all. I am a REP and right-wing, and have my own moral views- but that doesn't mean that I make judgements on Gays. I feel that ALL representatives of Gov. up to the President have to represent ALL of the people. And we all are free moral agents to CHOOSE (there's that word again) how we live, love, work, vote, etc... I have known many Gay people in my life and for the most part they are some of the best people out there. I also LOVE Lady GaGa and don't give a damn what some conservatives think. I don't tell people what to listen to, read, or what actions to take in life. Everyone has their own accountability in life and choices to make...
Whoa, that's quite a debate you've started there, Rob! ;^) My only issue with the whole 'gay gene' hypothesis is that, if it's ever 'proved,' it will give the bigots a whole new angle from which to approach their persecution of non-heterosexual people. As in "Well, if we know that this gene 'causes' it - we can just stop those people ever being born, can't we? I mean, if we decide that parents probably don't WANT their unborn child growing up to be gay..." For that reason alone, I hope that particular angle of gene research never bears fruit. Let it stay a mystery - that's how we get the wonderful mix of human beings that we do. The 'conversion therapy' devised to 'turn' gay people straight has now also been widely discredited, along with the therapists who practised it - some of them have even since been struck off as a result. Anyway, top job on the song, which was why I originally came here ;^)

But I wrote the parody which turned out maybe too serious instead as a tribute to Lady GaGa whom I love. We may have different beliefs and ideologies, but music brings people together. I personally BELIEVE that SOME people are born suffering from a genetic mishap in the womb with genitalia and identification. SOME, not ALL. There is a big difference and much of the Gay gene is easily disproven. I am 47 and have had many opportunities to turn Gay. Did I- NO, b/c I CHOSE not to. And if I suddenly went Gay at 47, HOW on earth could you claim a gene instaed of choice? I have been Straight all my life and had a FEW sexual adventures that crossed genders. That never even made me BI, just curious and/or stupid!!! Those that claim Gay genes are as bad as Nazi Eugentics in WW2 that tried to PROVE German/Aryan superiority. And that is a LIE. But people increasingly want to believe a lie.
