Nice, but Starkiller Base was not a Death Star. A Death Star was an artificial satellite with a kyber crystal superlaser beam capable of destroying a planet. Designation DS-1 OBS. The SK weapon, OTOH, imbedded in the ice planet can kill entire systems from long range using dark energy and hyperspace tunneling. The weapon was recharged by consuming stars. Starkiller Base is taken from the non-canon SW Sun Killer weapon built at the MAW Installation where the first prototype Death Star and first full scale Death Star was alternatively built under Tarkin's control and was overseen by Admiral Daala. It was designed by Qui Xux. FYI
