Now and then I think of when I made parodies.

I think of all the songs that were funny,
By Tong, Arwen, Pippin, and Merry.
Those songs were fun
And my ribs ache, I still remember.

Sometimes I would write and afterwards I'd see some problems.
Like pacing, grammar, structure, and humor content.
Some of my songs, well, they did not make sense.
But back then I was really ignorant
That was then, this is now, and next is later.


But these people don't know who I am.
Maybe now I can write something that will be half funny.
