Parody Song Title:

"Don't Go On TVTropes"

Parody Written by:

Were Josh Peck Prince

There's this horrible website called tvtropes. Whatever you do, don't go on it.
Once in a while maybe you will feel the urge
To go on that site called Tvtropes
But If you go on there, abandon all hopes.
The tropers and editors and contributors will drive you insane.
And that website in general will just rot your poor old brain.
What they do is just plain wrong, but you can fight it you can be strong.
Cause tvtropes is not all that, all of their tropes are old hat.
Stay on the right line, don't waste your time.

So don't go on Tvtropes
Everyone on there is a bunch of dopes.
Go and do another site.
Oh, don't go on TVtropes

Oh, you don't wanna mess with those guys man.
They're a FanHaters biggest fan,
They don't know the difference between a rainforest and poptart.
They'll give you nothing but trouble right from the start.

So don't go on Tvtropes
Everyone on there is a bunch of dopes.
Go and do another site.
Oh, don't go on TVtropes

That website is evil, it will ruin your life.
It can cut you in two like a rusty knife.
And you'll be treated like dirt, it's not fun.
And you'll end up being a very lonely one.
So all I ask is, everybody, please...
Everyone on there is a bunch of dopes.
Go and do another site.
Oh, don't go on TVtropes
If you go on that site you'll be doing wrong.
So don't go on Tvtropes
Everyone on there is a bunch of dopes.
Go and do another site.
Oh, don't go on TVtropes
Don't don't go on Tvtropes

So don't go on Tvtropes
Everyone on there is a bunch of dopes.
Go and do another site.
Oh, don't go on TVtropes
If you go on that site you'll be doing wrong.
So don't go on Tvtropes
Everyone on there is a bunch of dopes.
Go and do another site.
Oh, don't go on TVtropes
Don't don't go on Tvtropes
Or you might end up losing all your dreams and hopes.

Oh, don't go TVtropes
Don't go that site.

Thanks for the advice Sir, but I don't own a computer, or a TV since 1993 . . . "Moonlighting" was the last show that I enjoyed: Still love you, Brucie!

You're welcome. I'm glad I decided to quit going on that website. Now I can work on my solo career.

Reading this song, I notice two things. First one is, the double chorus at the end is most likely going to be too repetitive without some sort of instrumental change to keep it from dragging on for too long. The second is, while the subject and stance of the parody is quite overt, it really needs some more material. Just a bunch of namecalling is alright and everything, but how about telling us some of the things the people at TV Tropes do? They treat you like dirt? Okay.... What else? HOW did they treat you like dirt? Did they do anything that could be considered crude, or worthy of a parody? If so, elaborate on it. GET SOME EVIDENCE. Tell a story. Make me believe that these people are bad; that they really can cut your heart in two. Don't just say they can. Prove it.

Allow me to explain. You see, our dear friend WereJoshPeckPrince has been accussed of being many things on that site- he's even been added as an example on the Small Name Big Ego page. You see, the people on there have a reputation for "ruining" people's lives with their website, WereJoshPeckPrince was one of those poor people who fell victim to that website. He didn't do anything wrong but the people on that site accused him of being a Troll and also said that's he's cowardly and crazy- he simply could not bear it and decided to quit. So he's simply giving us an Aesop in the form of a scare em straight type technique. You'll understand in due time Doug my good man.
