The Lyrics

MP3 at http://www.spaff.com/poesy/angels.html
I need a babe
Who kicks like Lucy Liu
Goes fighting crime but still shows off her butterfly tattoo
I want to be
The Six Million Dollar Man
Cause I'd have a foxy wife with feathered hair and a tan

Go look above my bed, I've still got Farrah's poster there
And I dream of Cameron Diaz
With my gel in her hair

And I'm
Nailing you angels
And I'm
Nailing Charlie's Angels

And I'll be put out if you don't put out
I'll be put out if you don't put out...

I need to say
I want Kate Jackson bad
I know she's 50 but she's hot like Cheryl Ladd
I've got a hold of Tonya Roberts' centerfold
I need a foursome with Sabrina and both Jill and Kris Munroe

And I'm
Nailing you angels
And I'm
Nailing Charlie's Angels

While Jaclyn Smith's at K-Mart with
Her sexy sweatshop clothes
While Shelley Hack is coming back
As the angel no one knows
Drew Barrymore is very sore
From makin' war with Demi Moore
In a sequel to a remake of a Seventies jiggle show

And I'm (I'll be put out if you don't put out)
Nailing you Angels (I'll be put out if you don't put out)
And I'm (I'll be put out if you don't put out)
Nailing Charlie's Angels (I'll be put out if you don't put out)
(etc.)

Thanks for the comments, y'all. And Mike, I know the feeling. (I was halfway through writing "Constipated" to "Complicated" before I realized it had already been done by everyone and their poodle hat.) Fwiw, I first wrote this one as "Balling Charlie's Angels" but decided that was just too porno. Also, check out Robert Lund's new recording of this at http://www.spaff.com/poesy/angels.html

that recording was awesome, spaff! Robert Lund sounds a lot like Pat Monahan(lead singer of Train)...

Mike: Funny - you're the third person to say that. I passed that along to Robert, and he took it as a compliment. I think.

Thanks (two weeks late) to Local Celebrity - and thanks (three YEARS late) to Billy Florio. I once sent a birthday card to Kate Jackson. She didn't reply. See if I ever write to HER again.
