I went out for lunch for something nice to munch
I chose a nice café, they were doing a buffet
Filled up with casserole and mini sausage rolls
But the chicken drumsticks, they made me feel sick

The preparation was overlooked and the chicken was undercooked
And so the piece that I just ate, it made me discombobulate
Now that the food has made me iller, and I'm experiencing nausea

It usually takes about a day or three to clear
But now I've learnt to always look to make sure food's properly cooked

When I am ill it takes forever to nurse me back until I'm better
Just stuck with abdominal cramps, until my health has been revamped
