I remember Thanksgiving blessings
Like hours in crowded rooms
Big eyes and empty plates
Guts growling hungry tunes

Dad said "Lord, bless this fam'ly
All gathered to be fed"
If he goes on much longer
We're gonna all be dead

I don't eat much to speak of
A simple meal's enough
But now this day's upon us
I'm ready to get stuffed

I feel like Mahatma Ghandi
Speed-fasting like a champ
I kinda wish my dad would shut up
I think I've got a stomach cramp

Bless us now with massive sustenance

I covet salad, meat, and bread

God must be getting bored
