The Lyrics

New Year's day leaves a mystery
For a change no one forsees
Clark makes a show on New Years' Eve

ABC, they air the show
Why they do it, I don't know
Times Square's the only place to be

One million strong in the stands
Everywhere I look, there's people and there's bands
(Voice fades) New Year's, New Year's
New Year's, New Years

New Year's day leaves a mystery
For a change no one forsees
Clark makes a show on New Years' Eve

ABC, they air the show
Why they do it, I don't know
Times Square's the only place to be

One million strong in the stands
Everywhere I look, there's people and there's bands
(Voice fades) New Year's, New Year's
New Year's, New Years

New Year's day leaves a mystery
For a change no one forsees
Clark makes a show on New Years' Eve

ABC, they air the show
Why they do it, I don't know
Times Square's the only place to be

(Fade to black)

Hey! Where did you get the original? I didn´t know it was out yet. Just checked with the official Motörhead website and couldn´t see anything about this having been released. If it´s downloadable (preferably legaly) on some site I´d like to know the URL so I can get my ears around it myself.

I downloaded this song off of http://www.jerich9478.com/xslh1 (a wrestling forum which has a lot of themes). I wrote the lyrics from scratch, and the song I downloaded is 2:45 in length.
