Don't know the original song. The Mint is going to run four different Lincoln commemorative cents this year. After that, who knows? But at least pennies circulate until they wind up in a box under my kitchen sink. The government spent millions trying to push a dollar coin. Nobody wants them at all, except in Ecuador. Now that the post office has eliminated their vending machines, the metal dollars won't be leaking out at all. Feel free to send all your unwanted cents to me. Save a few to pay for the stamps.
