The Lyrics

There is this really awesome radio station that I love that last month got bought out by a big radio company (namely, the Soundset network), thus making it its 16th radio station they own, and also making it lose all of its uniqueness and originality. Here's my commentary, using one of my favorite songs.
Hey, Radio Soundset
You can keep your songs
Please, please, tell me
What went wrong?
Hey, Radio Soundset
Why my radio?

Buying every station on the air
Getting all that money, everywhere
Tell it, everybody
Why our radio?

Oh oh oh

Everybody, everywhere
Send your complaints on the air
For this kind of greed just ain't fair
Our favorite DJs are off the air

Hey Radio Soundset
You're such a creep
Please, please, stop it
My stomach's getting weak
Get Radio Soundset
Off my radio

Your greediness and gall
Are drivin' me insane
No morals at all
You're so inane
Tell it, everybody
On our radio

Oh, oh no

Everybody, everywhere
Send your complaints on the air
Let's call them and make a scare
Our favorite DJs are off the air

Everybody, everywhere
Our favorite songs are off the air
This is making me lose my hair
Our favorite DJs are off the air

DJs off the air...

Everybody, everywhere
It won't help if we glare
For we can only sit and stare
Our favorite DJs are off the air

Everybody, everywhere
Let's go kick their derriere's
Or cover them in honey, feed to a bear
Their ruthlessness I just can't bear

Everybody, everywhere
They just don't seem to care
And this spoof is outta your hair
I'll see ya in a month, mon frere's!
