I know it's a short song, but I haven't written in ages,so I'm starting back easy. This is a tune that's basically bashing the works of pop artists like Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, ect. and hoping for the day that Christian power metal bands like Theocracy and ReinXeed will become popular and bring the world to the light of God. Support the Metal Missionaries!
Well I was surfin' for some new songs, hope to see
A band like Freedom Call or Theocracy
Too bad my Wal-Mart thinks that genre is whack
Cause I'm not worshiping my God to an Akon rap track
My C-H-R-I-S-T, I-A-N power metal needs
Lots more airtime plus some green
But they're just ignored by the companies
And now the kids are rollin' high and rappin' phat,
Their souls will be claimed by the devil
In a blazing habitat, that's
So not R-I-G-H-T, everyone deserves God's mercy!

Nice to see you writing in a long time! Yeah, I loved the Christian Rock bands, especially, Theocracy's "Bethlehem", which should be on one of those Christmas albums for Christian Rock. Since I got myself an iPhone, I'm probably going to get myself some Christian Rock music to download on my phone, as well as some others. But great job and 555's!
Thanks Christie, and no offense, but I wouldn't really call Theocracy a Christian "rock" band. The term "Christian rock" kind of refers to more mainstream, contemporary artists like Newsboys, Relient K, and Casting Crowns. Theocracy call themselves a Christian progressive power metal band, and that's mostly the case for the other bands I mentioned. I don't mean to hurt any feelings, but it's kind of a touchy subject with me. But you're right, Bethlehem is an epic song, and it does deserve to be on a Christmas album.
I hate it when I take absence leaves and miss your work. I'm skeptical towards Christian Metal. I'm still a guy who says, that I'm cool with it, but won't listen to too much of it until they start singing about how much war sucks sometimes. Heh. That's just me though. 555 as the usual would go. Now I gotta go write up my own parody now.
