Parody Song Title:

"Heat"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

making record bowls in the oven
I can see the records stacked up to the air
But I just can’t haul them away
I dig through piles of dusty old LPs
I’m searching for the ones too scratched to play
All the records too beat up are good for bowls
sorting through them, clearing out the junk
Some old records good to melt
The ones I keep are good
Now it’s time for plastic fun

CHORUS:

‘Cause they can feel the heat
right in front of me
And suddenly they’re melting into use
Incinerating grooves
soon my record bowl will come to be
Forms into a cup
Slowly heating up
Baby, isn't that the way that record bowls should be
They can feel the heat

really cool to see the records heating up
As I watch the vinyl warping down
Record albums will be used to hold
Doritos, and Cheetos
Time to sit and cool right now

CHORUS

I can see the records stacked up to the air
But I just can’t haul them away…

555 for all that "black vinyl". Yes, I have them by the pound. My GrandPaw ~J-One~ had a "garage business" during the Great Depression, so many folks could only afford to pay him "by the record."!
