I redid the lyrics to this song which was originally submitted in 2004. It's a tad premature as the vote isn't until November, and I may not get many votes (pardon the pun) but this is a worthy message. So I'll use my 'celebrity' (stop laughing!) to say it: if you don't use your vote today, you can't complain about who gets elected tomorrow. I don't care WHO you vote for, but get out there and VOTE!!!

It wasn't exactly funny, but it was an important message that you touched on making this an important parody in general. Not many people are voting nowadays, because they don't think that it's important to vote, because with the electoral college choosing however they feel is best the people don't feel like they actually have a voice while they still do.
(Artistry) Pacing was top-notch, though I couldn't acre much for the subject matter though - I'm an Aussie, I'm lucky if I even know the candidates.
(SOTM) A well-put PSA that should appeal to the youth-vote.
The comment above, obviously, should have been tagged as Artistry, not SOTM.
(Art) Ironically, BEP has done a "Get Out the Vote" tribute of their own, timely--not the most original thing you've done, but serves a purpose and since you stayed out of the realm of pushing any given agenda, bonus points from me.
(Artistry) I'm with the folks who want to add "none of the above" as a choice on every ballot. But a good sentiment - every national election there always seems to be a couple of states that decide their winner by just a handful of votes -- maybe this year it's YOUR state.
