My Barney meta-parody. Some of the lines reference "Post Perfusion Syndrome", which describes subtle deterioration of cognitive and neurological function after being hooked up to a heart lung machine. Some believe this occurs because the machine introduces tiny particles (emboli) or perhaps air bubbles into the bloodstream. I think I may have a bit of this
