As I mentioned in "Stompin' On Dummerville" (to "Blue Suede Shoes"), picking on the Vick brothers is not just my right, it's my duty. The older of the two appears to richly deserve some picking on (which might be the least of his worries). "Ookie" is Mike's knickname, given by his mother. "Bad Newz" is street lingo for Newport News, and also the name of the alleged dog-fighting business he and three others ran.

This story makes me cringe even more than the original song, and the team that used it as a, ahem, fight song in 2000, the Mets. (How'd that work out, boys?) If Vick is found guilty, then he is one sick (expletive deleted), and they should through an entire library's worth of books at him. Not a good year for Virginia Tech.
