Speaking as someone who's name is constantly spelled wrong, I give you a point for coming up with an original idea... then comes the antimatter of just doing the original song. I'm sure you could've done more with it, Jay Nayseykwa.

Well, it IS a cute idea and fun from that perspective. Yes, Avril is a poor speller. I noticed that on the lyrics appearing on his 1st album. (Yes, I bought it! I was amazed at that, too. I don't think I had ever bought an album by a 17-year old girl before - even when I was 17. "Let Go" is a good album, it's got very good production and Lavigne really has a superb voice. No, it's not an "essential" album, but it's lively and entertaining. Haven't decided whether to get her 2nd album. I just might, I think it will be interesting to watch this young artist from afar and see whether she can grow beyond the teen-age issues and emotions that she deals with now. Oh, that's not a negative remark, it is appropriate for someone who is, what, 19 now, to sing about teen-age stuff. Now when Liz Phair does it (at age 36) it's pretty sad. OH...I didn't vote on this one because while I think your concept is clever and cute and entertaining it really doesn't meet the voting criteria. But I did enjoy reading it.

Yes, it is a 1st. And hopefully the last. This is sort of like those one-joke skits that get dragged out for ten minutes by the Sketch Show. Nice concept, but NEVER AGAIN!!! 5-5-3 The [reepeet] bit was worthy.
