Wish I knew the Family Guy parody... hard to make a decision without hearing it or its lyrics. But "By associating Bourne's song with such offensive lyrics and other content in the episode, defendants are harming the value of the song"... yeah, the song is almost 70 years old... even in the highly unlikely event the lawsuit is successful, what kind of damages will be awarded - decimal places?
