I was sad for numerous reasons when Prince died, but one reason that vied for outranking them all was an opportunity that I supposed he missed. That opportunity was to make one of the most classic headlines in news history. He could have done that by giving a concert in Skopje. The headline would have had to be set in a small font to leave any room on a newspaper for an article below it. But imagine the MONUMENTAL headline: The Artist Formerly Known As The Artist Formerly Known As Prince Sings To Sellout Crowds In The Republic Formerly Known As The Former Yugoslav Republic Of Macedonia
