If we all go to jail for illegally downloading music, I hope they at least separate us by artist or genre. I want to be placed in the Elvis Costello section.

Q: Elvis Costello is married to Diana Krall, a jazz pianist and a star in her own right. When she embarks on another world tour (after releasing a new CD) and Elvis Costello is left behind working on his new music, what does he do at bedtime (alone)? A: He wants to talk to her but she's on the other side of the planet. So he dreams and then he pumps it up.

Q: What's the difference between The Attractions and The Imposters?* A: The difference between Bruce Thomas and Davey Faragher!* *For those who do not know, The Attractions were Elvis Costello's former backing band. His current backing band is called The Imposters. The two bands are almost identical: in addition to Elvis himself, both featured Steve Nieve on keyboards and Pete Thomas on drums. The only difference is that they had a different bassist: The Attractions' bassist was Bruce Thomas (no relation to Pete), while The Imposters' bassist is Davey Faragher.
