Story about this misheard lyric by: Devil Jones This came on for the first time on MTV Base. Since this chorus is practically the only feature of the song, I laughed throughout all of it thinking of how pathetic it was. A small man wailing, with a whiny voice, non-stop as a hook? No wonder the other band members were allegedly exclaiming 'you what' in the middle. I thought it was a joke. However, I listened to it again the next time when it appeared and I sussed the words. Now this is an example of why I loathe vocoders. |
