Band Name Origins:
- According to Wikipedia, the band was formed in 1995, and their name was taken from the movie. These guys were in grade school when the movie came out. Submitted by: Voicedude
- The name "Save Ferris" was NOT directly taken from the movie. One of the band members was writing an exam in high school, and SAVE FERRIS was written on the desk. He thought, "damn, that looks good written down," and they used it as their name. Submitted by: Biscuit Dough Hands Man
