Story about this misheard lyric by: Tittikaka Not entirely about the lyric, but in a rather alcohol-infused state, a chef I knew at a party launched into a vicious tirade upon hearing this song, claiming Rustie Lee should know better than to promote cooking kidney beans and asparagus in the way this song suggested. It was useless trying to explain they were metaphors in a song about a rocky relationship, not actually to do with cooking. |
