- They were named after an "Atomic Dustbin" belonging to a Goon Show (BBC Radio show) character called Neddy Seagoon (Ned) Played by the late Harry Secombe. Apparently Jonn Penney (lead singer) remebers it from his childhood as his mum was a big fan of the Goon Show. Submitted by: Lozwalker
