It's the redundancy that makes this lyric sound odd... you hear it over and over until it starts to run together, and suddenly it sounds like something totally different. I first heard it in a club in DC, and I literally thought she was saying "I'm a patio" until I went and asked my DJ friend in the booth what she was playing, and what the lady was saying in it. I had missed the first part of the song where she says "Sugar daddy come for me, sugar daddy, set me free...."
