- Stupid because TWO different musicians have this name. The first was the lead singer of AC/DC, the second was a contestant on the tv show The Voice. In 2016, while on AC/DC's Rock or Bust tour, Brian Johnson was diagnosed with hearing loss in which he calls “the darkest day of my professional life.” He couldn't continue with the band for the rest of the tour, and he was replaced by Axl Rose.
