I saw Kristi Noem on TV yesterday with Margaret Brennan of Face the Nation. All Brennan wanted to talk about was Noem's late canine. The dog was a threat to her children and livestock. So, she shot it. Most anyone who grew up on a farm or ranch would do the same thing. There are parts of the country where children are still more important than dogs. And where people are willing to protect them. I can't fathom why so many people think that Dog is just God spelled backwards.
